This edition of Club Kids Radio, aired originally on Chicago's WCGO 1590 AM on September 24th, 2011 features Chicago born film maker Carmen Marron, who wrote and directed the Lionsgate movie release "Go For It!", starring Chicago born actresses Aimee Garcia and Gina Rodriguez, along with other Chicago actors and music makers. After it's nationwide release this spring, the movie is scheduled to be released on DVD on Tuesday, September 27th, 2011. The movie was filmed in Chicago, with elements of the story having their roots in the real life of Carmen and her family. It is an engaging and impactful conversation from the WCGO Celebrity Hotline.
