In this edition of Club Kids Radio, heard originally on Chicago's WCEV 1450 AM, the writer/producer of "Gracias Rafael", Maritza Navario, joined cast members Primo Cruz and Christina Igaraividez as they discussed the last scheduled performance of the musical theater production based on the legendary musical composer Rafael Hernandez Marin. Don Rafael was known as Latin America's most prolific musical composers of all times. Maritza, Christina and Primo talked about their involvement in the play, the significance and importance of the production to it's culture and to those who have seen the production.

"Gracias Rafael" is back by popular demand for one show only, whose partial proceeds will benefit the Help for Haiti Fund on Saturday, January 30th, 2010 at the Chicago Center for Performing Arts located at 777 North Green Street. Tickets can be purchased at the box office or at theaterland.com. This performance will include a reception and presentation by Alejandro "Chali" Hernandez, the son of Rafael Hernandez.
