Xavier is a candidiate for Cook County Commissioner of Chicago's 8th District. During the interview, Xavier talks about his development as a young leader, his success as a local businessman, and the initiatives that he believes are of importance to the Cook County and it's residents, young and older. He also talked about his community roots and his experience working on the historical campaign to elect President Barack Obama.
