This edition of Wake Up Dancing features the words and music of several Chicago based dance music artists including De La Mor, Troy Guy of D'Zyre, Joel, DJ Pierre, Liz Torres, Marisa Lopez, White Knight and Nereida Pagan. The words are excerpts from interviews conducted during the classic WCYC days, while the music is there for you to enjoy.
I do have to plan for an all new, all music show, but for now...enjoy the new Wake Up Dancing.

Great to hear these interviews !!! Be cool if you posted some full Boom Boom mixes , or atleast one side of a mix.Dropping a voice over every now and then is cool too. ie. This Mix is Compliments of Harv Roman .
That last interview is Nereida Pagan?
She did Regresa Amor, no ? Great song.

By now, you've discovered that I have posted an entire, uninterrupted Tony Boom Boom Badea mix-Jams of the 80's III.
Yup, that was Nereida Pagan-the same one who did the original version of "Regressa Amor". That cut was eventually re-done by Sandra Lopez. I chose to use "Whatever Turns You On" because that was the topic of the interview.
